Thank you for your interest in reserving a Photography Session at Mission San Juan Capistrano. Please complete this online form to request a reservation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note, reservations are required at least one week in advance<\/strong>. However, due to limited photo shoots allowed per hour, we highly recommend booking more than one week out. Reservations requested with less than one weeks notice will be subject to a $75 late booking surcharge.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reservations can be made every<\/em> day of the week between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m<\/strong>. (last time slot is 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.)<\/em> We are closed to the public on Mondays, however photography reservations are permitted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please be aware that submission of this form does not guaranty a hold for the specified date and time. Once your request is submitted, a staff member from the Bookings Department will follow up with you within 2 working days to confirm availability and\/or provide an alternate date choice for your photo shoot. Once we have confirmed that we have a copy of the photographer\u2019s insurance on file, we will then follow up with an invoice to complete your reservation with full payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mission does not allow the exchange of vows, vow renewals, elopement ceremonies, micro weddings or officiants on our site.  The Mission is a photography venue only. If any of the listed activity is observed by our staff, all guests in the party will be asked to leave immediately without refund.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wedding Package \u2013 Photography and Videography
Duration<\/strong>: 2 Hours
Guest(s)<\/strong>: 1-10 Cost<\/strong>: $300
Guests<\/strong>: 11-25 guests Cost<\/strong>: $500
This package allows you to bring in your own photographer and videographer for two hours. If your head count is over 25 guests, please contact the group booking department at (949) 234-1306 for approval and pricing. Photography members receive a $25.00 discount on the package price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engagement or First Look Package \u2013 Photography and Videography
Duration<\/strong>: 1.5 Hours
Guests<\/strong>: 2
Cost<\/strong>: $200
This package allows you to bring in your own photographer and videographer for 1.5 hours. It is designed specifically for an engagement or wedding couple and allows a maximum of two guests in the session. Photography members receive a $25.00 discount on the package price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quinceanera Package \u2013 Photography and Videography

This package allows you to bring in your own photographer and videographer for two hours. You may bring up to 10 guests with this photo session. Photography members receive a $25.00 discount on the package price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portrait Package \u2013 Photography Only\/No Videography<\/strong>
Perfect for:<\/strong> Family, Engagement, Graduation, Maternity, Quinceanera, <\/strong>Wedding, Professional or Personal Headshots, Milestone Celebrations, Cultural\/Religious Holiday <\/strong><\/span>
Duration<\/strong>: 1 Hour session. Additional hours can be added based on the pricing below.
Guests<\/strong>: 1-5 (or every 5)
Cost<\/strong>: $90 per hour – Tuesday through Sunday
Cost<\/strong>: $110 per hour – Monday only<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This versatile package allows you to bring in your own photographer for a minimum of one hour. Pricing is based on the number of guests in the session and the number of hours requested. This package allows a maximum of one photographer – no assistant<\/u><\/strong>. If an assistant is required, please see our upgraded Engagement, Wedding and Quinceanera packages. Videography is NOT allowed when purchasing the portrait package, this also includes use of cell phone video cameras.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission Preservation Society Photography members reservations pay a reduced rate of $60 per hour, seven days a week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission San Juan Capistrano photography packages DO NOT provide a photographer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you in need of a photographer? Book your session with a Mission Preservation Society Photography Member! View list of our Photography Members<\/a> who are experienced photographing clients at the Mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cguest count\u201d for a photo session refers to the number of guests to be photographed.  Photographers\/videographers\/assistants should not be included in the guest count. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One outfit change is permitted under the Wedding, Engagement, and Quinceanera packages or when a minimum of 2 hours is booked under the Portrait Package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sessions requiring more than two hours or multiple outfit changes will be considered a commercial session and will be priced accordingly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
