To request a field trip, please complete this online form. After completing this application, you will be redirected to a page confirming your booking submission. You will receive an instant email confirmation that your application was received. If do you not receive a confirmation email, your application was not submitted correctly. You will receive a confirmation via email confirming one of your dates, no later than five working days. If the chosen dates do not work, you will also be notified as to best possible alternative for your field trip visit.  

To better inform you and ensure your visit is a success, you are invited to read through the Educator’s Guide, which details the Mission’s programs and processes designed for a positive field trip experience. There are tips and suggestions noted throughout the brochure. We hope you will consider them as you plan your field trip.

Note – The Mission allows a 1:10 ratio of free chaperones to students. Teachers and Aides are always free. Due to the Mission’s limited capacity and student safety, we are not able to admit more than 1 parent chaperone for every 10 students to the Mission.

The Mission allows a 1:10 ratio of FREE chaperones to students.Teachers and Aides are free as well. For audio tour field trip parents, guests over the 1:10 free attendance ratio wishing to accompany the group may and should book in advance to get a discounted admission. Due to space limitations on our guided tours, additional parent chaperones over the 1:10 ratio will not be allowed. This will be strictly enforced. For groups that want to have more parent involvement, we recommend reserving our audio guided tour.Click here for our chaperone policy.
